Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or when an address or payment requires verification.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Available shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. Free shipping applies only to qualifying orders over $100, based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes. Unless checkout shows otherwise, free shipping is limited to eligible U.S. destinations. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and carrier delays may occur.

Tracking and Delivery Issues

Tracking information is sent when available. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. Contact info@atr-ca.com as soon as possible if an address is wrong; changes are not guaranteed after shipment.
