Refund Policy

Unused and uninstalled products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all components, labels and packaging. Contact info@atr-ca.com before returning an item so we can provide instructions. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.

For safety reasons, recovery equipment that has been used under load, installed, altered, contaminated or damaged after delivery cannot be returned. This includes used straps, soft shackles, recovery rings and related load-bearing gear. This restriction does not apply to products that arrived defective, damaged or incorrect.

After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was defective, damaged or incorrect.
